We laugh together now, we muck around, we are US again. You helped him to step into the shoes he's wearing and now he and I walk our path together again for a bit longer. I came across Blues & Greens mentoring on my device & what I can say it has been the best thing we have ever done. After 1 session my son decided to hand his phone over & he said "I want to get a good night sleep, as I have got things to do in life"... I almost fell off my chair. This is what the generation needs, young people, supporting young people.

Only a week. I am so happy he is taking showers and changing clothes! I know it sounds petty and crazy but I do see a difference in his hygiene I haven’t in the past year. We hardly argued this week and he has been doing push ups and planning his work. I think he is slowly opening up to Cam and being more comfortable. I am glad I cancelled psychology for this. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!!

My 10-year-old son was lucky enough to be part of the 9-week mentorship program, and from the very first session, I noticed a shift. He became more communicative, more helpful around the house, and genuinely committed to his weekly goals, not because he had to, but because he wanted to show Harry what he’d achieved. As a parent, I also really appreciated how approachable and transparent you were throughout. I always felt in the loop, and I loved the relaxed, values-driven style he brings to his work.

I was very reluctant to trust a young man on Instagram with the wellbeing of my 14yr old vulnerable son. But there was an authenticity about Harry that really resonated with me, and a genuine concern for the mental health of teen boys. I made the leap and my son and I committed to a 9 week program with Harry. The smile on my sons face after the first call was really all I needed to see to allay my fears. Over the following months, I saw an ease in my son that I hadn’t seen before. He was more accepting of himself and more comfortable in his skin. The tough days don’t knock him around the way they used to. He’s buoyant. I’ve tried a lot of different things to support my son. Sessions with Harry have been, by far the most impactful.

I actually had a bit of a cry toward the end because your ripple effect is just so huge and I'm not sure you realise just how much of an impact you are already having and are going to have.
