AND EVERY WEEK, JUST FOR HIM

A weekly 1-on-1 mentorship callHis own time with his mentor, every week.
Day-to-day phone connectionSomeone in his corner between the calls, not just on them.
Progress calls with his mentor, for youYou hear how he's tracking, straight from the source.

He's going to act like he doesn't want this. He might shrug, say he's fine, tell you he doesn't need it. Almost every boy does, & it's not a no, it's a reflex. No 14-year-old is going to tell his mum he'd love someone in his corner, because no one's taught him it's safe to say what he actually feels. & he can't want what he's never had - he has no idea what a good mentor feels like yet.

Most boys have never had an older bloke who's simply in their corner, no agenda, no marks, no judgement, & once they do, something shifts. So don't ask him if he wants to. Just get him to the first session. After that, it's not your job to convince him. It's ours.

A REAL PARENT CALL

“I can't remember the last time I've seen my son with this much happiness & confidence. Six months ago I was scared I was losing him. Now I have my boy back. There are no words for how thankful I am.”

— MUM OF A 15 YEAR OLD

“He's not there to be a parent, not there to tell him what to do. He's the big brother my son doesn't have. Someone who makes him feel seen, heard & understood.”

— MUM OF A 16 YEAR OLD

“He hasn't once acted like his mentor is only in it for the money. The connection is definitely felt.”

— A MUM, AFTER SIX MONTHS

“Amongst many things he said, ‘I feel like someone's in my corner. Just in my corner, all to me, all to myself.’”

A B&G MUM, SHARING HER SON'S WORDS

PROOF IT'S NOT JUST A chat.

Connection is the doorway. But walk through it & look what comes out the other side. Real things, built by boys who six months ago couldn't be pried off the couch.

“I didn't really want to do it, to be honest. Then I did it the first few weeks & I really enjoyed it. It's helpful because you learn from someone who's been through what you've been through. They're not going to judge you. They just guide you, whether it's school or sport or stuff at home.” — MITCH, B&G MEMBER, 13

Mum,

I know I've been hard to live with. I know you ask me how my day was & I give you nothing back, & I know that's not fair... I notice you knocking on my door even when you know I'll grunt at you. I notice you not giving up on me even when I make it really easy to.

You've always been enough, Mum. I just didn't know how to tell you.

Love, your son

A LETTER TO HIS MUM

The words that are hardest to say out loud.

Hey,

It's me. The 14-year-old version of you, writing this from my bedroom on a Tuesday night... If things got hard - & I reckon they probably did - I hope you didn't give up. The bad stuff doesn't last as long as it feels like it will when you're in it.

Be kind to people. Especially Mum. & don't take yourself too seriously. You're going to be alright.

From, you

A LETTER TO HIS FUTURE SELF

A note he'll be glad he wrote.

HE'S NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH SOMEONE IN HIS corner.

Every week there's a live parent call too. Twenty or thirty mums, Harry, his mum Norri, & a few of our senior mentors, all in the one room. You ask the real questions, you hear what's working for other families, & you stop feeling like you're the only one figuring this out. It's the part parents tell us they didn't know they needed.

“It's the loneliest feeling in the world when you think you're the only one. This community made me realise I'm not. You can't put a price on that.”

— A MUM

“Brody & I have built this relationship where I can just call him any time. I got to the stage before Blues & Greens where I was just telling my dad & my brother, what do I do, he's driving me insane. I was really stuck. Brody's really helped him, with respect, with everything.”

— SINGLE MUM OF A 15 YEAR OLD

Meet Some of Our Members

ASKED ON EVERY call.

What if my son doesn't want to do it?

That's very normal - & it's exactly why this works. He doesn't need to be excited. He just needs to show up once. Our mentors were teenage boys not long ago; they connect through his interests first - gaming, sport, whatever he's into. Plant the seed, & if you're met with strong resistance, let us come in & make it about him. We'll be on his side.

How do you match my son with his mentor?

We take real pride in this step. Every mentor is trained & certified under Blues & Greens standards - so the quality is always there. From there we match on connection, common interests & personality: the mentor we genuinely believe will build the strongest bond with your son.

What happens in a weekly session?

He hops on a video call with his mentor each week. We're not therapists or counsellors - it's built on genuine connection. Sessions mix casual conversation about his week with low-stimulation games that meet him on his level.

When do the sessions happen?

His mentor works around your family - we aim for the same time every week, because the structure matters. Group community sessions run to the schedule up top.

What is a Family Bridge Session?

A short 10-15 minute video call at the end of a scheduled session - his mentor, your son & you, together. A chance to align on goals & start fostering a stronger connection, with someone neutral guiding the conversation. Having someone neutral in the room changes everything.

What is the Hero Letter?

Over the program his mentor captures the wins & breakthroughs. Around the five-to-eight week mark, your son reflects & writes - in his own words - what he's learned, how he's grown, & what his relationship with you means to him.

What does the outcome guarantee actually mean?

If you don't see meaningful progress in your relationship with your son by Day 90, we keep working with your family at no additional cost until you do.

How much is the investment?

It depends on the program & the level of support your family wants - that's exactly what the discovery call is for. No pressure, no scripts.

IT ALL STARTS WITH ONE call.

You've done the part most parents never do. You noticed, & you went looking before things got worse. That already puts you ahead of where most boys ever get a chance to be.

The rest is smaller than it feels. You don't have to fix him, motivate him, or have the perfect conversation. You just have to get him to the first session. One hour. That's the whole ask.

Everything he needs after that - the trust, the opening up, the shift - isn't built by you. It's built by him & his mentor, one week at a time. So book it. Then let us take it from here.
